We give our customers freedom to cancel their orders and allow them that they are free to not accept the product when the product will reach to the destination they can refuse to accept. After completing the product journey in courier we only deduct the courier charges and rest we refund the amount to our customers after talking to them.
We give easy cancellations and instant refunds using Googlepay/phonepe/paytm now a days as we donot have any Razorpay services up to now. Products are Anycast, Chromecast, Android tv box for refund policies.
 
If the Customer is canceling the order before dispatching then we give 100% money back with UPI or Payment Gateway but if the customer wants to cancel after dispatching then only after receiving the product on our side we can create a refund after deducting the courier charges.
