Cancellation of orders with Telvisio Solutions

We kept everything very simple in our business. As we have two businesses in the market so the cancellation process is also divided as per business.


Physical Store in Delhi(Smart TV Gadgets)- If you want to cancel the order then please let us know before shipping the product as we pay the amount first to the courier people to ship our products from outside. If we do not ship then we will not get charged and we can provide the full refund amount. 

Anyhow if the product has been shipped already then if you want to cancel then only for prepaid orders we can deduct the Delivery Charges (forward and return) and we can refund the rest amount after receiving the product successfully on our side. If you want to cancel with Cash On Delivery Orders then we cannot give refunds as we take the delivery charges in advance for Cash On Delivery Orders. 

We are also very clear about the Returns, Refunds, or Replacements process in the Physical Store in India. 

We Deal in China Imported Products in our physical store in Delhi. We provide no returns, no refunds, and no replacements on China imported items. 

We can only consider the issue if you are receiving the products in broken pieces or in Dead Condition on arrival.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. 



You are given 14 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange for the Goods

Credits that have been given back to the customer are allowed to be used on our Website and Physical Stores.

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit depending on the Store Refund Policy

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

We offer 100% return to refunds that are processed through Credit and has No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.



Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.

For Our US Based Customers : Cancellation of our premium services is very simple. Just ask us to cancel the plan and we will update in our database. 

If cancellation is done before 15 days of time period then a customer is eligible for a 100% money back if there is no work done on the PC or TV. Otherwise the customer will get charges for the one time fix of $75.

Return or Refunds :  The amount will get reverse between 5-7 working days of time and it will reflect in your next upcoming credit card cycle or in the debit account at the same time when it will get credited.
