We work on Proofs in Returns and Replacements. 
In case of any product damages : 
We request to our customers they can make an UNBOXING video of the product after getting the product delivered to make sure they are getting the correct product without any damage. If the Customer has the proof of damages then we will validate the videos and provide the proper resolution as per order damages. 

 


Note: We give a 100% money-back guarantee on any courier or transport damages but we need an unboxing video as evidence.

REPLACEMENTS

Replacements can be done only if the product is not working in the first time after getting delivered. 
How to validate the order for replacements?
Please make unboxing and testing videos in a single shot so that we can create a replacement for the order if the product is not working or got any kind of damage. This Single shot videos will get validated one time and we provide easy Returns and Replacements without any questions. 

Note: No Returns No Replacements on China Imported Products.
We would like to inform everyone that we are not getting any returns or replacements on China-imported items that's why it would be hard for us to provide a warranty on China-imported items. 
We request every one of our customers who are buying products from us please please make an unboxing and testing videos in a single shot so that you can make sure that you are getting the same product that we are delivering to you in a working condition.
